Returns

We do not accept returns on non-faulty items. Rest assured though, all items are carefully inspected prior to shipping.

Our return & exchange policy lasts for 7 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of our items, it is not possible for us to process returns/exchanges on the following items: panties, sets that include a matching panty, bodysuits, hosiery, swimwear.

To submit a return, email Support@RadaRane.com 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided.
